With all the new low temperatures we get into the new colds and coughs season, so – be prepared in case it hits you next!

If you’re suffering from the sore throat come see me before it drops in your lungs, we have great all-natural-no side effects-herbal teas that can eliminate that sore throat in just a few days.

If you’re coughing, we can still help you with all those lovely herbs but here’s little something you can make on your own first (and you’re welcome :))

Ingredients you will need for this easy to make cough syrup:

¼ cup sliced or gated ginger (make sure you peel it first)
1 cup water

Warm the honey, but do not boil it. Add the strained ginger water and lemon juice, stir until it  forms a thick syrup.

Store in a clean jar in refrigerator for up to 2 months.

Children ages 1 to 5, use 1 teaspoon every 2 hours.

Children ages 5 to 12, use 2 teaspoon every 2 hours.

Adults, use 2-3 tablespoons every 4 hours.
